Shipping Cases

Gill Texas Guitars are safely packaged and shipped in the case of your choosing. You will have the option to select a case after adding the guitar to your cart.

• Cases for Electric and Acoustic guitars, and Basses:

  • Gig Bag - $75

  • Hardshell - $125

Shipping Rate and Delivery Times

All guitars are insured and shipped using UPS Ground. Shipping costs are $50 plus the cost of the selected case.

For in-stock items, please allow 15 days for delivery.

Manufacturing Information

Gill Texas Guitars are handmade, using hand and power tools on a small scale, as we do not use CNC production. Each guitar is unique and has its own personality, and sometimes this means peculiarities and eccentricities brought out in production. Many are prototypes, but we promise our guitars have been made with the highest quality standards. Guitars are quality checked and action set prior to shipping, but it is recommended that buyers have a professional set up the instrument to his or her particular preference upon arrival. This playability is subjective and the professional can point out any anomalies or characteristics that need adjustment.

Policies

All sales are final, but we will work with customers to make reasonable adjustments and repairs required due to production peculiarities. Any defects in workmanship will be repaired free of charge for one year from date of purchase. Customer will pay for shipping to Gill Texas Guitars (Gill) plant and Gill will pay for return shipping. If defect is deemed sufficiently Gill’s responsibility, manufacturer will pay all shipping costs. If the defect is of a severe nature Gill will replace the guitar with one of equal value chosen by customer from stock. There is no other warranty, stated or implied.
